Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please note that some products, such as personalized items or perishable goods, cannot be returned. To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer support team at care@skylights.co.in to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
- Once you receive your RA number, securely package your item(s) along with a copy of the original invoice and a note stating the reason for the return.
- Ship the package to the address provided with your RA number. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the items and process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged item and need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at care@skylights.co.in within 7 days of receiving the product. We will guide you through the exchange process.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
